Why "Chat" Websites Are Blocked.

ClearSail blocks chat and message board services because the content of such sites is not controlled by the host. Instant Messenger is not blocked by policy because it requires those on the chat line to be invited guests.

To access chat and message board sites, you will need to employ your parental / administrative bypass.
